What’s the difference between X-Former and Heated Mat?

X-Former Pilates is slow, controlled machine-format training that builds deep core strength and full-body muscle definition. Heated Mat is a music-driven, mat-based workout in a warm room designed to elevate your heart rate and deliver a sweat-charged burn.

Both are addictive. Both transform your body — just in different ways.

What class should I start with if I’m new?

If you’re brand new to Bodytone, start with whichever format excites you most — X-Former or Heated Mat.
Both classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors always offer modifications so you can move at your own pace.

Do you offer first-time specials?

How soon will I see results?
