How far in advance can I book a class?

Classes typically open for booking 7–14 days in advance depending on your membership level.

What is Bodytone’s late-cancel policy?

To avoid losing a class credit, please cancel at least 8 hours before the scheduled class start time.

What happens if I’m late to class?

We allow a short grace period, but if you’re too late to safely join the warm-up, entry may not be permitted. This is for your safety and class flow.

What happens if I cancel late?

All clients who cancel within the 8-hour window forfeit the class credit.
Unlimited members will be charged a $10 late-cancel fee.

What is the no-show policy?

All clients who do not attend a booked class will be charged a $15 no-show fee.

How do I book a class at BodyTone Pilates Studio?

To book a class at BodyTone Pilates Studio, you can visit our website under the packages or scheduling tabs. Both sections will provide you with our class schedule, and you can select the desired class, date, and time. Alternatively, you can contact our studio directly, and our staff will assist you in reserving a spot in your preferred class.

How long are the Pilates classes at BodyTone Pilates Studio?

All of our pilates classes are 45 minutes. Please check our class schedule for more details.

Do you have a waitlist and how does it work?

Yes — if a class is full, join the waitlist.
As soon as a spot opens up, Mindbody will notify you automatically. Keep an eye on your push notifications!

Can I book a class for someone else?

At the moment, each person needs their own account to book a spot.
Sharing an account can cause booking issues or scheduling conflicts.

How do I prepare for class?

Arrive 10 minutes early. We’ll help you get set up, meet your instructor, and learn the machine or heat level.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing. Grip socks are recommended for X-Former; bring a mat + towel for Heated Mat. Stay hydrated. Drink water before class and bring a refillable bottle.
Let us know about injuries or pregnancy. Your instructor will offer safe modifications.
Bring good energy. Expect a fun, music-driven, form-focused workout.

What do I need to bring to class?
