BodyTone Studio classes are designed to be your single fitness source to tone all muscle groups. We recommend layering classes offered between our Sculpt Room and our X-Former Room for best results. See full list of classes below. For your comfort and safety, grip socks are required for all classes.

ALL-LEVEL X-FORMER CLASS

Using slow, controlled movements on our state-of-the-art machine, you’ll target every muscle group with intensity—building strength, sculpting lean muscle, and improving balance without high impact. HEATED MAT PILATES
Turn up the heat on your Pilates practice. Our Heated Mat Pilates class blends classic mat movements with sculpting, strength, and deep core engagement—all in a heated room to amplify results. The warmth helps loosen tight muscles, improve flexibility, and boost endurance while you move through a challenging flow designed to lengthen, tone, and energize your entire body. Expect a dynamic workout that leaves you stronger, leaner, and glowing from the inside out.
