Welcome to Bodytone Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Bodytone Studio’s website, classes, memberships, packages, promotions, communications, and related services.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a class or membership, booking or attending a class, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Classes & Reservations

Classes must be reserved in advance through Bodytone Studio’s designated booking platform.
Class availability is not guaranteed. Class schedules, instructors, formats, rooms, and availability may change from time to time.
Bodytone Studio reserves the right to modify, substitute, reschedule, or cancel classes when reasonably necessary. When possible, affected clients will be notified through email, SMS, the booking platform, or another available contact method.

2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 8 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid a late cancellation or no-show penalty.
Current policies include but may change, check with studio:
Late Cancellation: $10No-Show: $15Applicable fees and policies may vary depending on the membership, package, promotion, or class purchased.
Clients are responsible for managing their reservations and cancelling within the required cancellation window.

3. Memberships & Class Packages
‍
Memberships and class packages are intended for use by the individual who purchased them and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or exchanged unless expressly authorized by Bodytone Studio.
Certain memberships may be subject to booking limits. For example, an Unlimited Membership may permit a maximum of one class per day.
Class credits and packages may be subject to expiration dates. Unused classes expire and may not roll over unless specifically stated in the applicable membership or package terms.
Additional membership-specific terms presented at the time of purchase are incorporated and/or supersede these Terms.

4. Recurring Memberships & Billing

If you purchase a recurring membership, you authorize Bodytone Studio and its payment processors to charge the payment method associated with your account at the applicable recurring rate, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Your membership may automatically renew until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on your account.
Bodytone Studio may change membership pricing or benefits from time to time, subject to any notice required by applicable law.

5. Purchases & Refunds

Except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law, purchases of classes, packages, memberships, promotions, and other services are final and non-refundable.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional restrictions, including expiration dates, new-client requirements, location restrictions, or limitations on combining offers.
Any legally required cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

6. Waitlists

When a class is full, clients may have the opportunity to join a waitlist.
If you are moved from the waitlist into a class, you become responsible for that reservation and any applicable cancellation or no-show policies.
Clients are responsible for removing themselves from a waitlist when they are no longer able or willing to attend.

7. Studio Rules & Conduct
‍
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, employees, other clients, and studio property.
Bodytone Studio may refuse service or restrict access to its facilities when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of clients, employees, or the studio community, subject to applicable law.
Clients must follow instructor directions and applicable studio safety procedures.
Unauthorized commercial photography, videography, or recording of classes or other clients is prohibited without prior approval.

8. Health & Fitness Acknowledgment

Physical exercise involves inherent risks.
By participating in Bodytone Studio classes or activities, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical exercise and are responsible for determining whether a class or activity is appropriate for you.
You should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning an exercise program if you have questions or concerns regarding your ability to participate safely.
Immediately stop exercising and seek appropriate assistance if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
Any separate liability waiver or health acknowledgment executed in connection with Bodytone Studio services remains applicable according to its terms.

9. SMS / MOBILE MESSAGE TERMS

By opting in to Bodytone Studio's SMS/text messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from or on behalf of BODYTONE STUDIO at the mobile telephone number you provide.
Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include class and appointment confirmations, booking reminders, scheduling updates, account or membership notifications, customer service communications, studio updates, special offers, promotions, and other marketing messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a message.
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent through that SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again or otherwise initiate communication with us, subject to applicable law.

Reply HELP to a message for assistance or contact Bodytone Studio through the contact information provided on our website.

Supported Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You are responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

Changing Your Phone Number
You agree to provide Bodytone Studio with a valid mobile telephone number. If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you should update your information with Bodytone Studio.

Transactional and Marketing Consent
Bodytone Studio may provide separate consent options for transactional/service-related messages and promotional/marketing messages.

10. Email Communications

If you elect to receive marketing emails from Bodytone Studio, we may send you studio news, promotions, special offers, class information, and other marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those communications.
Transactional or service-related emails may still be sent when necessary to administer your account, purchases, reservations, or memberships.

11. Promotions & Special Offers

Bodytone Studio may periodically offer discounts, introductory offers, promotional codes, giveaways, or other promotions.
Unless otherwise specified, promotions:
Have no cash value;Cannot be combined with other promotions;May be limited to new clients or designated locations;May have expiration dates or redemption restrictions; andMay be modified or discontinued subject to applicable law.Specific promotional terms displayed with an offer will control if they conflict with these general Terms.

12. Website Use

The Bodytone Studio website and its contents are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its operation, scrape or reproduce its content for unauthorized commercial purposes, or use the website in violation of applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property

Bodytone Studio's names, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, designs, website content, videos, written materials, and other proprietary materials are owned by Bodytone Studio or used with permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or authorization to commercially reproduce or distribute Bodytone Studio intellectual property without prior written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

Bodytone Studio may use third-party platforms to provide services such as booking, payment processing, email, SMS communications, analytics, and website functionality.
Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policies.
